Hi, you just need to upload the right prompt file, then your requirement is done via a "menu" step, use the thank you prompt as the menu prompt, on the menu branch "1", use the consult transfer step to the DN 9001, this should be all I believe.
DN can be statically configure inside the consul transfer or you may use a string variable.
