The script will not show up unless you load it via GUI, also you should always refresh the script and/or app when changing the script. The GUI will not allow you to upload a duplicate script as the defaults are in a custom directory that you cannot save to via the GUI. So you will not run into

For the first question - You need to either record a prompt in CUC or CUE, upload to UCCX, and then use the Play Prompt step to play to the caller. Then use the Terminate step and go to the end of the script using a label. For the second question - Once again record the prompt and upload.
