enough FAD around in your culture to allow for proper folding of your

This is a known problem. Molrep is prepending the path name twice to the
file name, which means that when it subsequently looks for the file, it
cannot find it. You can fix the problem by downloading the latest source
code version of molrep from Alexei's site:

You can try to express your protein in Lactococcus lactis. We've
earlier had successful expression in lactis where it was none or only
