Dear Mac Lovers:
I would have to agree with Jurgen with SSD drives. These fast drives
have breathed new life into my old Macs (2011 Macbook Pro, 2009 Mac mini,
and yes a 2006 Mac Pro (has 8 cores and just keeps running)).
In addition, all these Macs are maxed out with RAM.
Cheers,
Scott
Hi Faisil,
Looking at your table, I think your data can go to even higher resolution than
you report.
Did you setup your data collection for higher resolution?

Thank you for the information and guidance. When you search for all the

What does the density modified electron density map after phasing from either

Hi Sebastiano,
We have a Chirascan instrument with all the attachments (fluorescence, stopped
flow, multi-cell attachment, etc). It is by far the best CD
instrument that I have used. I have experience in the past with Aviv, Jasco,
and Olis instruments.
Cheers,

Dear Jose,
I have an iTC200 in my lab and have experience with a VP-ITC. The major
problem with
the iTC200 is that GE has not increased the sensitivity of the instrument.
Thus, you must use
higher concentrations in both the cell and syringe to see measurable heats. The
syringe on the

Works fine with MacPyMOL v. 1.5. You have to copy MacPyMOL.app to
MacPyMOLZalman.app and fire this off.
