The CF_FB... .zip are extensions for Eclipse or FlexBuilder that add RDS support. Nothing to do with Flex remoting to the CF server. Yeah I'm looking now and it was telling me to find coldfusion_flex_blahblah.zip in the flex builder 2 folder, when you run thru help software updates etc.
