+1003 for freshbooks. They hve a great time tracker and i LOVE their
invoicing stuff. Support is some of the best in the biz.

If you do *not* have a lot people to manage then I would say try
Basecamp to manage your projects and use Paypal for your invoicing. Back
in 2004 when I used to have my own business, I would use Basecamp for my
project management and then I would invoice people through Paypal.
