I've taken the route of importing for Outlook Express to Outlook, exporting to a DB file, then importing into my SQL Server box (using DTS) where they are indexed and searchable. I'm planning on messing around with the natural languae search facilities of SQL 7 for access, but for now am doing it

Yes! I have clean out my CFmail box every 50,000 - 80,000 miles (ah, er messages) I have yet to track it down to a problem with max size of the pst file or a max number of messages. I thought it would be useful to have a off line copy to ref. and search. But, when outlook refused to put any more
