in an AUTHORS file. I think it is more convenient than writing them to

Reading the OnLine Manual (2022-12-18) about Proxy,
I think that it is focused on Proxy 1:1 but it shouldn't be like that.
Maybe it would be enough to replace 1:1 with 1:2 in some places.
From my point of view, Scale Factor 1:1 (proxy 1:1) is a special case
of Proxy and implemented for an user

video in the Timeline; the video also freezes without cutting anything

Your video use long GOP (max 250): there are I-frame, B-frame, P-frame.
