To clarify, you're doing something like a get request using a workflow task
to pull in data to the Finesse interface from your help desk software?  Or
are you grabbing the data via the CCX script?

Yep Finesse can do that, we have it working in our company to pull helpdesk
ticket information when agent receives the call
