I've been trying (unsuccessfuly )to config an on access scanning using Clamav
0.95.3 an Dazuko 3.0, I have Dazuko compiled, and instaled, I created the
node /dev/dazuko with 660 permitions, owned by root and clamav group,
serverbiblioteca:/etc/clamav# ls -l /dev/dazuko
crw-rw 1 root

After adding that line to /etc/rc.local, did you reboot your system?
The above may not be the best way, it is just what worked for me.

Hmmm, not sure.
You need to load dazuko and load / reload clamd

Those show you options for loading modules at boot time. rc.conf for
modules, not rc.local.
