After being on Gleevec for so many years I know my blood has changed, it's much thinner, my skin on the back of my hands bleeds easy. If I bang it on something it will bleed very easy, I put pressure on it and it stops right away. My Doctor from Chicago advised me to sale my motorcycle

I have had eye bleeds for many years--I've been on Gleevec for 12 years next month. They are shocking to others, sometimes uncomfortable, but benign according to my ophalmologist and oncologist and yes--caused by Gleevec. I'm in a CML support group with 60 members or so and those on Gleevec
