FWIW: Perhaps one more try with PB Blaster? Unscrew fitting and twist the fitting off of the hose? Tap into the cap holes and screw in some substantial bolts...use a large lever to persuade it off? Worse case unscrew the fitting, cut hose where you can see it and pull the whole dang thing out
