I agree that APS is a good source. With your main you obviously want low stretch. If I were to replace my 7/16 VPC I would do 1/4 inch dyneema with a dyneema cover for the shackle end and a poly cover for the clutch. Low stretch, light weight affordable and easy to DIY. Joel 35/3 Annapolis On
