locations), I made a quick stop at Big Johnson reservoir and had the following

just before it turns southbound toward Peoria (not at the Peoria, turn, but
as the eastbound road makes its first gentle turn). This is Cherry Creek

Duane Nelson just called to report a MOURNING WARBLER at Tempel Grove in NE
Bent county. The previously reported OVENBIRD and NORTHERN WATERTHRUSHEs are
all still present and he is still looking for other things. I think I saw a

At around 5:30 PM this afternoon, my dog and I saw a Loggerhead Shrike in a
fenced in field about a block north of the eastern edge of Congress Park.
The shrike was viewable from the sidewalk on Clayton St (the portion
running north / south behind Congress) and 10th and 11th avenues. It

Last night while changing my spark plugs, I heard the unmistakable flight
call of an Upland Sandpiper overhead. In spring and late summer this is a
nightly/daily occurrence in North Central Texas where I'm from, but eBird

Hwy 7/Bridge St) on my lunch hour today and spotted a male Rose-breasted
Grosbeak along the Platte River about 50 meters north of the parking lot.
