Yeah, it's a non-issue -- if it's a frozen breast it's going to thaw in the

I think you could do it with either. After all even a frozen bird doesn’t go in
the oven frozen. Clearly the recipe given wants the bird at room temp, not even
cold from the fridge. One thing though, the recipe and baking directions to me
seem to indicate the Breast, not a whole turkey.
