I have a reoccurring issue with our user community, and I'll bet pot
brownies to poundcake that this is a common issue with a common fix.
I'm running a FreeBSD box with Postfix and Courier for POP mail for around
1500 user accounts for 150 clients.

I use the pear/mail classes to do this - no problems.
