I noticed that in my server, when someone chats publicly (say) only
his own team can read, as if he was chatting with the team (say_team)
Why is that?

i am starting my server SE server with +mapgroup mg_allclassic_se
I have configured this mapgroup with all SE maps.
But when the game ends, next map is a normal map.
Also i have casual servers with mg_allclassic, but server is working
only with de_ maps when mapgroup has cs_ maps too.
My cmdline
I have installed a custom map in my server
If i install it mannualy in the clients it works flawlessly.
But if the client doesn't have the map, download doesn't work, and the
client sees a blank briefing screen and when they hit the continue
button, game returns to homescreen.

Usualy i have all my servers full. But today since 4 or 6 hours nobody
is joining, even when i am connected to the server to make it receive
matchmaking traffic.

When this map is running players that hasn't the map in their game

Is there a cvar like sv_allowdownload in old engines that is

While we figure out how to make it work,
does anybody know if there is a way to keep the map in the mapgroup
but out of the mapcycle? so i don't have to change
gamemodes_server.txt each time i want to test the map.
I tried deleting it from mapcycle.txt but it's still cycling.

Well, i am creating this new thread because previous one is now about

When a client connects to the server, he instantanly sees the briefing

There is a line that reads:

Removing the dots it is 11751, same as:

I am hosting _se maps from workshop in my server.
If i change map using votes, everything works fine, but when my admins
use changelevel or sm_map to change map (using map name), server says:
your map differs from server.
What is the proper way to change map in a workshop collection?

and almost the same configuration.
Servers #1, #2, and #3 are working fine
But servers #4 and #5 are not responding to rcon.
