Hi
Creating a tex/latex filter is a long standing request in bugzilla (and
probably the second most sought after feature, first being xchat).
Dav created a wiki http://www.beagle-project.org/FilterLaTeX_Spec to discuss
the problems/approach that should be taken to filter tex/latex files. Please
2. Thunderbird keeps mail in ~/.thunderbird and beagle does not index
hidden directories unless a backend explicitly states that there is
data there.
As far as you can change the place where Thunderbird keeps mail it
should look for the actual location of mails in the prefs.js file. This
I have noticed that mail messages seem to get unusually high scores
from the indexer, while holmes makes the problem much less of a issue
(since it separates the conversation results) it still seems like
something worth fixing. I can't seem to figure out exactly why the
scoring is so off, but
that a try (or wait for the next release, which is around the corner). Thanks
for reporting.
PS: this is the right place to put stuff like this, right? sorry if it's
not.
This is indeed the right place. Welcome.
