IIRC it started after upgrading to X.Org 7.1, before that dosemu had
worked fine. The keyboard layout in ~/.dosemurc does not matter.

I am having the same problems with the passwords being always rejected
by gnome-screensaver. I have using a kerberos/ldap pam configuration.
The regular logging works perfectly (so the system is ok), but you have
to work non stop or kill you session (ctrl-alt-backspace) when you come
