this bug has been fixed in drupal-4.7 which is in the NEW queue as of
now.
Cron script has been completely rewritten to comply with new virtual

configuration file for virtual host has changed in drupal 4.6.0. Thus
this bug is fixed in the just uploaded drupal-4.7 package, which is
