Currently, NERD_commenter expects to be able to write its documentation
out to disk when first loaded. This is less than ideal when
distributing the script as part of a package for a Linux distribution,
since the script is installed under a directory not normally writeable

Hi Steve,
the version in testing/unstable have the same kind of problem since it include
two files that aren't shipped. Both file are included with double quotes, so
they are looked for in the current directory, but they aren't describer nor
provided anywhere.

The encryption type needed for an AFS service ticket is des_cbc_crc but

OpenSSL does not support random padding. They handle TLS 1.0 padding exactly
as SSL 3.0, thus this issue does not occur there. I believe that random padding
is important feature that avoids statistical attacks on the data, so
it's enabled by default
in gnutls.
