This issue break Debian Edu completely, as all user logins and LDAP
updates are denied. Because the issue affect other packages, I raise
the severity to grave. In Debian Edu, access to the usre password and
updates require 128 bit encryption, and this is impossible
I suspect that this is actually #467200. Briefly, race conditions mean
that HAL will only sometimes be able to mount encrypted partitions.
Please note that encrypted _partitions_ (e.g. /dev/sde1) are mounted
_every_ time on my system.

Just out of curiosity, why is there need for an additional package
for pulseaudio? the this helper is capable of detecting the right
soundsystem.
The reason we decided to make two packages, is that the pulseaudio
