dependency on CLHEP, whose upstream never properly licensed it, so
that CLHEP is undistributable except by permission of the authors
(despite numerous requests over the years).

CERNLIB (PAW, GEANT 3.21, Monte Carlo library) users should consider
this email their first warning. As far as I know, Debian and Fedora are

Will be fixed when I re-upload the paw source package currently in
experimental into unstable. Note, this may take a little while since I
also realized in the meantime that Paw needs a soversion bump on one of
