It blated a lot of update scripts (tetex-* woul not update and bomb out

unfortunately, this out of date libtool problem reappeared.
Please could you use again the original recipe:
cp -f /usr/share/libtool/libtool.m4 admin/libtool.m4.in

Same problem here.
Removing ~/.config/menus/ and ~/.local/ solved the problem (don't know
if both are needed).
