I fixed the issue with python-numpy in python/aubioweb.py and switched to a
newer standard version but some effort has to be taken to fix lintian

After a recent update the flickering just disappeared. I'm not sure if
it was a bug which has been fixed or just a misconfiguration on this system.

That is OK. The maintainers need to decide if init.d scripts need to

decoding of japanese characters is working since one of the japanese
