Hello,
The default /etc/cups/cupsd.conf uses nothing as the charset for HTML
pages. That is not consistent with localized HTML content using
non-ASCII charsets. As an example, the French HTML pages are written in
ISO-8859-1,
modified.
7/ Modify the file again.
8/ Try to save the file. Kate will raise a segmentation fault before
saving the file.
Unfortunately that sequence of action is particularly common when
working with version-tracked text files.
