I confirmed, to have the newest firmware. With 32-bit-systems the module
and the same firmware runs fine (tested with knoppix, kanotix and whax)
So I suppose, this might be a bug, when compiled for 64-bit-systems.

FYI: The scanner driver and the printer driver are working very well on
amd64
to reinstall (case the binary was defective), but with no success.
Maybe some libs are incompatible. This only effects the 64-bit wapua.

amd64-system. I checked the original sources from winehq, to, but got the

it is a problem with the rights? In former times kscreenlocker_greet got
sticky bit set (rwsr-xr-x with root:root), but now it has rwxr-xr-x with
root:root.
This problem appears on ALL my computers as well as on 32-bit as on 64-bit
systems.

I have been able to consistently crash/reproduce - see below.
I am using a USB SundTek DVB-C tuner, with user space drivers. When ever I
do a channel installation in MythTV, system crashes half way the channel
scan.

I believe (but not 100% sure) - based on reading on Fritzbox VPN behavior,
that the endpoint has lifetime expired every hour (not sure what exactly
that means).
I cannot judge whether vpnc responds correctly.

I am experiencing same on a stock Jessie, when creating a VM from existing
image (created on a Wheezy system).

-a it shows me enp1s0 instead of eth0.
And as enp1s0 is not defined in /etc/network/interfaces, I get the delay.
I could prove:
NO renaming and eth0 = working correctly
renaming eth0 to enp1s0 = no network, delay at boot and ifconfig -a shows
NO eth0 but enp1s0.
