Not in the short term. Probably do sometime before testing becomes stable.

Sure, I wasn't asking against having src:dutch do it.

That said, be aware that the hunspell-nl binary built by
src:libreoffice-dictionaries has an higher version than src:dutch
currently has, so you'd need to take care of it.
Once you take over the binary from src:dutch I'll quickly update
libreoffice-dictionarie to stop building it.

That could be done, but I'd prefer to make dutch build hunspell-nl anyway.
Building hunspell-* from where they come from imho is preferred.

Here especially since dutch already builds a hunspell-needing dict in a
myspell-nl package which should be fixed.

Another possibility, which arguably is nicer for other non-Debian places
as well, would be to get upstream of libreoffice-dictionaries to budle a
newer version of that dictionary.

Just file a bug in
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice=Linguistic
asking for the nl dictionary to be updated. If it's an update coming
from the same source it will be handled very quickly and land in the
next update.

2017-08-30 Thread Kurt Roeckx
It seems that libreoffice-dictionaries started shipping an
hunspell-nl package at some point and it's actually providing an
older version of the dictionaries.

I've talked to Rene about this, and he agreed we could take over
this package.

Anyway, the files we ship now require hunspell 1.3.1, so it should
have been renamed ages ago.

Thijs, do you have time to do this?

Kurt
