for me not a bug, just an information on setup, so bug should be
closed/rejected.
I do not understand very well why a bug is created as install is ok, just
getting logs that config is not ok and installation steps are given.

groovy is definitly a Java tool needed for many java packages, you
should get help/interest from debian-java for this.
I already had issue with previous groovy versions and antlr too,

Hi,
got this autoremoval message I do not understand. biomaj3-core (and other
biomaj3 packages) do not depend on dh-php.
It is python app, not php related and a apt-rdepends do not show any dh-php
relation
Same for elixir-lang relation...

I see you uploaded a biojava4-live package (biojava4-live 4.2.12+dfsg-3.1)

Hi,
could you please allow the package vienna-rna, in non-free, for autobuild.
d/control has already field XS-Autobuild set.
License is compliant for autobuild as all license restrictions are related
to free usage/redistribution of the software, which is debian case. No

I got compil and tests issues in the past, but were linked to jdk version

Those errors looks like context/data issues.
I do not know the software itself so will be of little help

Hi Andreas,
Was looking at racon FTBS and I saw that you started a new upstream
release 1.4.7.
It now depends on liblogger-dev, I cannot however find this lib in
debian (not even in NEW).
Is it a pending issue? An error?
