is probably not necessary, but it could be
used as a template for an upstream changelog (cf. lintian
warnings).

.SH DESCRIPTION
Free42 is a complete re-implementation of the HP-42S
: unused
substitution variable ${python:Provides}
- debian/rules : why use --with quilt ? The 3.0 format can handle
the patch/unpatch logic, and you can drop the build-dep on quilt.
- debian/watch : the this is an example header should probably be
removed.

a '-N.N' version number (here, as you released a new
upstream version, 2.0-0.1 so that it sorts before 2.0-1). I am not
sure that it has been put in the policy, but see #542288 for
details.

a package hits the debian archive, a script parses its last
changelog entry and sens a mail to the BTS closing all these bugs.
This way, the ITP is closed exactly when the package is available.
So, you should reopen the ITP and edit your changelog with this
mention :-)
Hope that helps,

that with CDBS, but the following
line at the beginning on your rule should do the trick :
install -d debian/gnome-icon-theme-blankon/usr/share/icons/monde
Hope that helps

would close an ITP. The 3.0 (quilt) format is not
relevant here as it has not changed.
As I couldn't build the package, I can't help you more, but I
encourage you to use a build system such as cowbuilder, that isolates
the package from your host system.
Hope that helps,
