optimizing debci as GSoC - Looking for mentor!

Hello Debian community, I have a proposal for improving debci (shortening overall ci test time) and am interested in working on it as part of Google summer of code project. I am student and looking for a mentor to support my idea. If anybody is interested simply drop me for further discussion.
