My upload is a workaround for a problem
from
sarge to etch in order to make sure that a stable version of
vserver-debiantools actually install stable and not oldstable
version of debian when creating a new virtual server.

to etch. I have updated it with a missing recommendation
on rsync that one of the tools need. It is not a critical thing
but it would be nice and it do not create any extra problems.
