Nur wenn Du noch ein sauberes woody betreibst, wäre ein dist-upgrade auf Sarge
eher anzuraten.

Sarge and will cause you problems; stay away from
that one.

Update sein, wobei ich die config nicht ersetzt habe.
Im /etc/vim/vimrc steht weiterhin syntax on drinne.
Irgendjemand eine Idee?
Ich kann es mir auch nicht verkneifen:
Was steht denn in Deiner ~/.vimrc drin?

Im Kernel der Reihe 2.6 findest Du die IDE-Treiber unter:
Device Drivers -- ATA/ATAPI/MFM/RLL support
Dort mut Du sinnvollerweise ATA/ATAPI/MFM/RLL support fest einkompilieren
und natrlich die Untersttzung fr Deinen IDE-Chipsatz.

Konfiguration leicht hinbekommen.
