Independiente a los headers tienes que instalar build-essential, automake,
autoconf.
Desinstalación de cualquier drivers o paquetes de NVIDIA libres.
Detener el servidor gráfico
Por ejemplo / etc/init.d/gdm stop
En consola corres sh NVIDIA-(x).
Té pregunta si genera el archivo de configuración,

Ya logre configurarla (¡Eso espero!).
Desde un principio (creo) que ya tenia todo instalado (sin darme
cuenta). Lo unico que hice fue configurar el archivo xorg.conf el cual
les comparto aqui.
