especially Web server, and how to set them right on Debian Box, please send me

Alone, they do sound like I am trashing hackers. However, if you look at

a) apache is considered to be quite secure.
b) look at the comp.infosystems.*.cgi newsgroup FAQ about writing
secure CGI programs.
c) Try talking to CERT if you had a breakin.
As to the rest, I agree this is getting silly ;-)
