licq and enlightenment16 in sid
hi guys, i recently upgraded to sid. when using enlightenment (0.16) and licq, i am not able to set the position of the status window (dock icon - LicqWharf). i cen set up it to remember its position in the windowmanager, however after the restart, it is again placed in different location (almost out of the root window). when using stickiness i am not able to locate the dock icon at all... anyone has seen similar behavior? i tried several setups (and also enlightenment DR17) and nothing worked. thanks for any hints. regards, -- Lubos [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Hiho Problem gelöst, ich hatte kein Paket installiert das den Sound abspielt *G* der kannte den Befehl play nicht. Problemas com o sim e com o licq no Wmaker
Pessoal, ultimamente não tenho conseguido fazer com que o sim fique dockado no WindowMaker, a flor do ICQ aparece flutuando na tela e não dentro do dock como de costume. Fui tentar o LICQ e ele abre o dock direito, mas junto fica uma janelinha flutuante pela tela do computador. Já tentei usar o docker (programa usado para pegar o icones de painel do kde) para tentar fazer isto com o sim mas não esta sendo muito bom, o icone do sim vai para o docker quando quer, tenho que ficar iniciando e desligando várias vezes até que uma fique no docker. Alguem tem alguma ideia de como resilver isto para o sim (preferenciamelnte) ou para o licq? Hallo, licq versucht per default seinen beep mittels play zu spielen... nun ist es aber so das arts der kde-sound-server den sound device blockiert für mindestens 60 sekunden. alle aufrufe icq beeps stapeln sich dann und wenn arts den device freigibt höre ich dutzende beeps in licq kann ich statt play zb xmms eintragen... nicht wirklich schön wenn der jedesmal aufgeht als fenster. gibt es was das in kde im hintergrund läuft und arts verwendet? kdeplay oder so???... danke marc

ALT + S in licq
Seit heute morgen kann ich zum Versenden im ICQ Client licq nicht mehr ALT+S benutzen. Geändert oder geupdated habe ich eigentlich nix, andere Funktionen (ALT F4 z.B.) klappen, Taste ist also okay. Instala o QT para usar o licq... estão faltando dependências... de uma olhada em www.licq.org e veja o que você precisa para rodar, mas de qualquer jeito recomendo o sim-icq se você está utilizando woody... vai ficar mais fácil para você... procure no sourceforge que tu encontra... Tive um problema similar. Na realidade, todos os programas em escritos
em gtk-1.x estavam utilizando fontes com codificação errada. Assim, o
problema acontecia não só no sylpheed, mas em vários outros programas.
O que tive que fazer foi especificar a codificação correta das fontes
(iso8859-1). Fiz isso introduzindo as seguintes linhas no arquivo
~/.gtkrc:
style user-font
{
font=-microsoft-verdana-medium-r-normal-*-*-110-*-*-p-*-iso8859-1
}
widget_class * style user-font
Evidentemente, a especificação acima é da fonte que eu uso: Verdana.
Adaptem essa solução para a fonte que preferirem.
Uma outra solução possível, é instalar o gtk-theme-switch (apt-get
install gtk-theme-switch), e utilizá-lo para mudar a aparência das
aplicações gtk (temas, fontes etc.). Mas lembrem-se de especificar a
codificação correta (iso8859-1). Por padrão, ele usa uma outra que não é
a correta.

Gente, instalei novamente meu Debian também e aconteceu o mesmo problema nos acentos no sylpheed-claws. Instalei o locales, configurei para pt_BR e concertou (somente) parte do problema, o que é estranho. Bom, fui instalar uns pacotes da testing e veio uma nova versão do locales junto. Agora, depois de ter reiniciado o computador, que percebi que corrigiu o problema dos acentos. É isso, espero ter ajudado alguém. Problema com acentos no sylpheed e licq
Pessoal, depois que eu comprei um HD novo e reinstalei o SID do zero, esta´' acontecendo uma coisa que nao acontecia antes. E nada disso acontece tambem na minha estacao de trabalho no meu servico, que tambem roda o SID. Pra comecar, nao consigo digitar letras acentuadas e cedilha no sylpheed-claws. Ao mostrar o subject das mensagens nas caixas, o sylpheed trunca quando tem alguma letra acentuada. Por exemplo Acentuacao (imaginem acentos e cedilha ai' hehe) vira Acentua. O mais estranho e' que ao ler o corpo da mensagem, o sylpheed mostra os acentos e cedilhas normalmente. Ja setei tudo pra pt_BR e ISO8859-1 onde quer que eu podia! Outra coisa que acontece e' no LICQ. Nao consigo escrever palavras acentuadas (cedilha funciona). Ao apertar a tecla do til, sai um til ~ literalmente. E tambem nao esta' aceitando fontes AA.. No servico, uso a Nimbus Sans aquela normalmente, e fica com anti-aliasing e tudo. Sera' que isso e' alguma configuracao do QT? De resto, tudo funciona normalmente. Tanto em aplicacoes GTK2 como em outras GTK1 (easytag, por exemplo). E nas aplicacoes para kde (tipo k3b) tambem nao ha' problemas. Lembro que ha' algum tempo atras rolou uma discussao sobre isso. Ja' li os arquivos da lista, mas nao foi o mesmo problema. Alguem sabe o que pode ser? Sera' bug no sylpheed-claws e licq? Outra coisa que ta' acontecendo e' que o sylpheed-claws ta' metade em ingles e metade em portugues. Me lembro que antes de reinstalar tava tudo em portugues. Caro Marcos, Quando fui compilar o LICQ em minha máquina também tive o mesmo problema, ai então resolvi opitar pelo pacote pré-compilado. Para conseguir o pacote pré-compilado, vá até o apt.org e procure por LICQ que você verá o endereço do servidor aonde contém o pacote. Daí é só adicionar na sua source list e digitar apt-get install licq. Instalei uma fonte chamada "lime". Ela funciona em quase tudo, nos terminais etc. Só no licq que não Alguma luz ?

Depende do plugin que está utilizando. O Licq pode usar plugin gtk , qt, console e por aí vai. Terá que verificar se sua alteração de fonte atingiu os arquivos de configuração da biblioteca que o Licq está utilizando no plugin. Por exemplo, usando o plugin 'jonsgtk', terá que mudar a fonte/tema do gtk (ou usando o comando 'switch' ou alterando diretamente o ~/.gtkrc). http://packages.debian.org/licq does not have an entry for stable. Is this a bug with the site or wasn't licq ever released? There is no entry for testing either. Bom, você pode usar um utilitário como o aptitude ou o dselect para achar o pacote ou pode procurar pelo pacote no site do debian. Eu utilizo o licq compilado à partir dos fontes do CVS, porque ele funciona melhor (apesar de alguns recursos ainda não estarem totalmente estáveis). Acredito que o pacote oficial do licq pra debian também deva estar funcionando corretamente. LICQ QT-Gui: nur noch eine einzige Schriftart mglich
Hallo, seit heute verwendet das QT-Gui von LICQ scheinbar ohne Anlass nur noch eine bestimmte Schriftart: fixed. In der Schriftenauswahl kann ich zwar andere Fonts auswählen, allerdings werden diese in der Vorschau und im Programm alle als fixed angezeigt. xfontsel hingegen findet alle Schriften und zeigt sie auch richtig an. Woran könnte das liegen? Ich habe seit gestern keinerlei Konfigurationsänderungen oder Paketinstallationen getätigt. Licq problem i sid
Någon mer än jag som har fått problem med licq i sid? Jag körde en upgrade nyligen och efter det så fick jag följande felmeddelande: 16:36:52: [ERR] Unable to load plugin (qt-gui): libfontconfig.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. sei que nao é o objetivo desta lista mas como trata-se de compilação achei que nao faria mal... to tentando instalar o licq no redhat 8 de um amigo. Com os pacotes RPMS ja desisti,então resolvi compilar o fonte. durante o ./configure aparece essa mensagem, checking for vector.h... no configure: error: You need to have the libstdc++ headers installed sendo que eu tenho vector.h em /usr/include/g++-3/ aceito sugestões. desde já agradeço!
