Did you check the hibernate/sleep icons from jimmac? They are really nice imho,
and most people will assiciate the ZzZ with sleeping (it is often used in
comic books). Adding a harddisk / a memory bank to that is probably the best

to /usr/share/pixmap. Note than the Tangerine icon theme has a svg
version scaling nicely

Hello Sebastien, can't you patch it on Ubuntu even if debian does not do
this? It seems a minor change, compared to changing all packages to
depend on librsvg2-common.

To get them in somewhere, you have to talk to the designers of icon sets.
gnome-session is certainly able to cope with icon themes and everything. If you
want to include those icons in the gnome-icon-theme, I suggest filing a GNOME
bug about that, the same goes for Tango, Tangerine, etc.
The
hum... it occured to me with the main panel, the one that includes the menu
applet etc...
and i only tried to reproduce it with empty panels where one is not asked so I
thought it was a general problem
can someone reproduce it with a panel containing applets?

Yes, it's a 120 GByte external hard disk.
Strange - now I have write access on my hard disk again. Don't ask me why.
First thing I thought after writing this bug report was that Ubuntu gave me
only read access because I had another user test in another Gnome session on
:1. But now I tried it
Alexandre, what do you want to patch? That issue is fact now I would
say. ubuntu-desktop, eog, gdm, ... Depends on that package. If you spot
an app which requires it and doesn't set a Depends feel free to open a
bug about it

In Places-Computer are only removable media and one drive icon Filesystem
with root directory.
In Disks Manager I see avery partitions too.

the release: EASY - the release was announced at Wed, 19 Apr 2006
17:01:18 -0400 (EDT) - so that's around a day and considering that we
were in beta release freeze, nobody can say that Dapper does not
package this release.
