I don't think there is a serious problem here. The changelog[1] shows
that this package was uploaded on 04.13, after being promoted to main.
The language packs were updated on 04.07, so probably we just need to
wait for the next ones.

This happened because gcalctool was downgraded to 2.28, and the template
is from 2.30. In theory, the template was uploaded before the freeze (I
even tested it!), and it should be in the langpack... but this is just
the theory :(. Currently, in Lucid the template has 267 stings, in Gnome
2.30 it
I just did that, let's hope that this is enough.
