After doing a bit of research, I found that dnsmasq usage is controlled
via the dns=dnsmasq line in /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf.
I commented out this line and restarted, and can confirm that this fixed

Yep, confimed. Every time I am hoping to see a scrollbar added... Yes, I know
default MUA is now Thunderbird (so that you don't have shared calendar
working). But TB as even worst problems... try bug#151162 for example (5 years

Just installed Precise today. This is still an issue, and it's still
annoying to have to create my own default template just to set the
margins to the standard.
The thing that bugs me is that it ships with inconsistent standards. I
