today but I have had the issue since the first day I installed
Ubuntu.23.04. I am saying this because my bug report was marked as

OMG this is my problem. 2 days working on what in the world was
happening because the screen went black. Digging and digging until
finally I realized nvidia 331 was installing bumblebee and primus (What
in the world?) to my computer which only has one video card, the Nvidia
440 GT on the PCI
Excellente, only did 2 steps and rebooted. All is working fine with
nvidia-331. After installing the nvidia-331 package and before rebooting
do the following:
sudo apt-get purge bumblebee
sudo rm -fr /etc/modprobe.d/bumblebee.conf

guvcview (or any other webcam software) other than cheese works
perfectly on several types of webcams. Juts tested an HP 1080p camera

No overheating on my part. I have tested the 560 ti with the HDMI cable,
with a DVI cable and with a DVI-VGA. All cases have same problem.
