Well, the Nautilus version I currently use (3.4.2 on Ubuntu 12.04) seems to do

I am using Ubuntu 12.04, and setting the interface to Arabic, that is a
right-to-left language. The arrows that play the next and previous clips
are reversed. The arrow that plays the current clip is reversed also.

(I think the real bug is that the icons work on single click, but look
