There seems to be different kinds of CS-15 modems out there. For two of my
devices lsusb -v gives

This is somewhat different, i don't mean that i can't change layout with some
custom shortcut. I'm using the default shortcuts (super+space,
shift+super+space) and these do not work anymore.
But this is not the reason why i mentioned it, of course we can deal
with that later. The

is more tightly integrated, this becomes more important; but beyond
that, it's actually not possible (as far as I can see) to change that
setting manually! So my input methods are rendered essentially useless…

Final note...
After upgrading Libre Office from 3.5* to 4.1 with PPA, I have know
instances of Libre Office opening, without me deliberately launching it myself.
issue resolved.

I'm using 13.04. Which ppa is proper one to get fix ?
https://launchpad.net/~mariusko/+archive/ppa/+packages ??? this one does not
have any good build for modemmanager.
Other ppa's I found contain 0.6.0 which is not candidate for 13.04...
