I think i can confirm this. I'm updating a large collection mounted on a sftp
share. Importing
progresses quite long, but after a while (1 hour or so ) ui becomes
unresponsive. This happens every time.

After a fresh boot, I get to the login screen where I need to type my
username/password to login but I also get a pop-up from NM asking to
confirm my wifi password. Since this pop-up steals the focus it's rather
annoying.
