Two scenarios:
1. Device connected to an AP
- Android hotspot enabled, wait till it shows in the scan list
- hotspot disabled, timer started
- note time when hotspot disappears from scan list
2. Device ! connected to an AP; same steps

time, if it's not able to connect to an AP, the scan interval is

I just want to confirm possible interaction between unity-greater and
nvidia. And I have SSD too, not sure if this is related.
My previous Ubuntu Vivid install with Nvidia-346 was bricked, with boot ending
at unity-greater.
I am not sure what caused it, I've attributed it to that I've played
Confirming FF40, build fixes the problem.

Same problem for me. Temporarily workaround is to only use intel card by
selecting it through prime-select. This requires that you have installed
nvidia-prime:
- Get tty1 by pressing CTRL-ALT+F1
- Login with user with sudo rights
- Switch to intel card: sudo prime-select intel
- Restart

Until 14.10, I could use them both, using `nmcli con up` twice.
Since when I moved to 15.04, the two calls succeed, but the cisco VPN

I am experiencing the problem as originally described.
I have discovered that using the b43 driver module instead of wl fixes
this problem: sudo rmmod wl ; sudo modprobe b43
However, this also makes any 5GHz networks disappear.
This makes me believe there is a bug in the wl module.

This fix works for me although I could not properly test any 3D
applications. My Steam client is acting weird and does not see my
installed games anymore, complaining about partition being non-
executable. Also it was hanging at after entering password. I had to
create a new user and start fresh.
Sound theme should actually be __custom, and it get created in
~/.local/share/sounds/__custom (once you modify settings)
There you should find symlinks pointing the alert you selected.
