slides and mp4 videos, it plays the first video correctly once and
thereafter on any video, there is only sound and no image displayed!

related with browsers, but can be related to systemd. Google Chrome also
does not save bookmarks and history, behaving erratically because this.
Trying to start watsapp web brings an error message saying that the was

I've merged the changes and uploaded.

This was originally reported against 20.04. I haven't validated that,
but that report seems likely to be correct to me. It's worth considering
an SRU for 20.04 too, but I'm focused elsewhere now. If someone would
like to drive an SRU, then please do!
