This bluetooth stutter bug still exists in 20.04. On my system, it
stutters when the screensaver tries to kick in and music is playing from
the files on a hard drive. Currently using Clementine, but seems to
occur regardless of which music player is being used.

I have the same issue and can add the following info which is hopefully
useful.

When I try a mouse click operation on the left most monitor then
everything behaves correctly.
When I try the same on the middle monitor the selected horizontal region

I opened #1971487 which was closed as a duplicate of this bug.
In 1971487, I reported that the same behaviour also occurs when doing
KVM switching of monitors, without any use of super-P to switch modes.
Switch the KVM away to a different machine, switch back, the screen
settings are lost,
I was steered here by google and I guess this is the wrong place.
I did report this, if you care to follow it, here..

Public bug reported:
Software versions:
Networkmanager: 1.42.6-1
nm-connection-editor: 1.32.0-1
networkmanager-openvpn: 1.10.2-1
openvpn: 2.6.2-1
Arch Linux kernel: 6.2.13-zen-1-zen
While trying to import an ovpn file downloaded from NordVPN, nm-
connection-editor exits with a coredump.
I run Ubuntu 22.04 on a Dell Optiplex 7010.
This issue started suddenly a couple of weeks back - I run updates several
times weekly so not exactly sure when it started.
Just tried adding
MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_KMS_MODE=simple
to environment file and after reboot, problem seems to have been resolved.
