Hi Gregor
Thanks.
Let's see later next week where we are. There is still some work to do for
the SB 3.2 upgrade.

Just a heads-up that PR is merged
https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/12261
This updates the maven surefire and failsafe plugins that are used for all
testing.
Just in case something goes weird.

A data format is a harder to implement as it requires adding code into core.
A component is separated and can be done more easily.

Hi
It would be good to get a new set of patch releases out in september.
There are new versions of Spring Boot coming later this month.
Also some dependency upgrades, bug fixes, and CVEs in 3rd party is good to
get in the hands of users.
So we could do
- 4.0.2
- 3.21.2
- 3.20.8

Yay it worked and the website is now updated with the latest docs for all

This should also make it easier to be up to date in the foreseeable future.

Hi
New releases of SB are scheduled for thursday this week. So IMHO we should
aim for upgrading to these releases, and then get ready for cutting patch
releases.
On Friday, then branches could be ready for Gregor to start the releases.

I would like to propose that by wednesday 9th aug (afternoon) we should aim
to be ready, so Gregor can take time to build the release. And we need some
