Fix For: 0.9-dev
If there is no project logo, then Forrest generates one using SVG. However that
is not wide enough to accommodate some project names. Also the right-hand end
is hard against the edge.

The "forrest.properties" file for our "forrest-sample-2" has some manual edits
to enable the Dispatcher. This was a quick fix to get a sample site. It is an
