Since we have decided to no longer maintain R09.04 (and below or related, like R09.04.02) I guess it's better to not confuse users and no longer propose Release Branch 09.04 (or below/related) in Jira. This does not prevent anybody to explicitly provide a patch for below R10.04 release branch
