As of this writing, source distros and binary builds of AOO-4.1.4-RC5 (based on AOO414 r1811857) for macOS, Linux 64 bit and Linux 32 bit have been committed to the dev dist location. Matthias is in-process of uploading the Windows builds. I expect that sometime today we can open up voting...
